I live in Washington State and try to eat healthy but I have a sweet tooth which sometimes I just need to feed. I have learned to love quinoa, kale and legumes, all of which are better with some fat! I do not necessarily cook low fat and I am A ok with butter and oil. I like to cook whole ingredients, love red meat in moderation and will eat anything. As I have gotten older food has become an evolution for me in learning what is healthy and tastes good. I never want to stop evolving and learning in all capacities of my life and I think my cooking reflects that.
