Blackberry Crisp

½ Tbsp. butter

8 C blackberries, washed & drained well

2/3 C sugar

4 Tsp. lemon juice

2 Tsp. vanilla extract

1 Tsp. almond extract

1 Tbsp. cornstarch

1 ½ C rolled oats

2/3 C flour

2/3 C brown sugar

½ C butter, room temperature

1 Tsp. cinnamon

Butter an 8x12 in. baking dish.  Place berries in a large bowl; mix in sugar, cornstarch, lemon juice & extracts.  Pour mixture into buttered baking dish.  Put rolled oats, flour, brown sugar and cinnamon in a bowl & mix well.  Fork in butter until the mixture is crumbly.  Spoon oat mixture over berries & bake in a 375 degree preheated oven for 45 minutes until mixture is bubbly and browned.  Cool & enjoy!
