Chili Lime Ling Cod

1 Cup olive oil

2 limes juiced

3 garlic cloves minced

¼ jalapeno chopped

1 Tbsp. cumin

1 Tsp. chili powder

1 Tsp. salt

1 Tsp. pepper

¼ Cup fresh cilantro chopped

1 Lb. shrimp, peeled and deveined

Combine all ingredients except ling cod in a plastic bag, mix well.  Add fish and marinate for 30 minutes.  Remove fish from bag  & place directly on grill or on foil on the grill.  Pour ¼ c of the marinade directly on the fish.  Grill for about 10-12 minutes until opaque.   I use this same marinade for shrimp.
