Fish Tacos

½ C-1C olive oil

½ C. white wine

3 cloves garlic

1 Tsp. red pepper flakes

Juice of 1 lemon

1 Tsp. cumin

4 cod fillets

8 corn or flour tortillas

1 tomato

¼ C cilantro chopped

1 avocado sliced

Lime wedges

Combine first five ingredients in a large plastic bag or bowl, and then add fish.  Marinate fish for up to 6 hours.  Grill fish for 10 to 13 minutes depending on thickness until flakey.   Wrap tortillas in foil and put them on the grill for 4-5 minutes on indirect heat.  Flake the fish to desired consistency for tacos and serve with tomatoes, cilantro, avocado and lime wedges. Serves 4
