5 Tbsp. butter
1 C flour
1 C milk
1 Tsp. vanilla
Preheat oven to 425. While oven is preheating divide butter between 2 9x13 pans, place in oven to melt butter. Throw the remaining ingredients in a blender and blend well. When butter has melted, remove pans from oven and swirl pans to coat with butter. Pour batter into pans. Bake in oven for 25-30 minutes. Serve with powdered sugar, syrup or whatever else sounds good! Serves 8 and can be halved. Serves 4-6.
The butter can be omitted in this recipe, but spray the pan with Pam.
