3 ripe avocados

2 roma tomatoes

¼ C chopped cilantro

¼ c chopped red onion

1 Tsp. salt

1 Tsp. pepper

1 Tsp cumin

½ Tsp. chili powder

½ jalapeno minced

2 garlic cloves minced

juice of 1 lime

You can either dice or smash you avocados with a fork, whatever texture works for you.  I leave the avocado pits in; I think it makes the guacamole stay green longer.  Next add remaining ingredients and mix well. 

If you want it more avocadoy only use 1 tomato.  You can omit or increase the amounts of chili powder and cumin.  I used a yellow onion today since I did not have a red one.  If you do not like it spicy omit the jalapeno or increase it if you want more of a kick.
