Lemon Sour Cream Ice Cream

16 Oz. sour cream

1 C half n half

¾ C sugar

½ 2% milk

Juice of 1 lemon

Zest of 1 lemon

1 Tsp. vanilla

1 Tsp. lemon extract


Place all ingredients into a blender and mix till sugar is dissolved.  Chill mixture until cold.  Put mixture into ice cream maker and churn until done.  Place ice cream into container and freeze for at least 4 hours (I will sometimes serve it right after it is churned, I like mine a little soft).  This mixture is great with blueberry anything!
