Marinated Shrimp with Capers

1 C extra virgin olive oil
¾ C white wine vinegar
¼ C capers
¼ C sugar
2 Tsps. Salt
1 Tsp. fresh parsley chopped
1 Tsp. dry mustard
3 bay leaves
1 garlic minced
2 Lbs. cooked peeled medium shrimp
1 onion thinly sliced
Mix first 9 ingredients in a bowl, toss in shrimp, and marinate 3 hours to overnight.  Serve in a bowl over ice with extra lemon wedges and capers.
