Sesame Slaw

Ginger Aioli

2 Tbsp. lemon juice

1 Tbsp. ginger, peeled and chopped

1 Egg yolk

3 garlic cloves, smashed

½ C peanut oil

½ C vegetable oil

1 Tbsp. chili garlic sauce

1 Tbsp. Srirachi

2 Tsp. rive wine vinegar

1 Tsp. sesame oil

½ Tsp. salt

Sesame Vegetable Slaw

1 ½ C green cabbage, thinly sliced

1 C carrots cut into matchsticks

½ C red cabbage, thinly sliced

½ Zucchini, cut into matchsticks

½ cucumber, cut into matchsticks

½ red bell pepper, cut into matchsticks

2 Tbsp. cilantro, chopped

1 Tbsp. red onion, minced

3 Tbsp. sugar

3 Tbsp. ginger aioli

3 Tbsp. rice wine vinegar

1 Tbsp. cider vinegar

1 Tbsp. lemon juice

salt & pepper

2 Tbsp. sesame seeds

½ C chives, cut into ½ in. lengths

Mix together all ingredients through the red onion together in a large bowl.  In a separate bowl mix sugar thru salt & pepper.  Whisk together until sugar is dissolved.  Dress slaw with dressing & toss in sesame seeds and chives before severing.
