Tandoori Spiced Chicken

8 boneless, skinless chicken thighs

1 small onion, quartered

½ C plain yogurt

3 garlic cloves, smashed

1 2 In. piece of ginger, peeled and chopped

1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice

2 Tsp. salt

1 Tsp. Turmeric

1 Tsp. Cumin

½ Tsp. black pepper

½ Tsp. cayenne pepper

½ Tsp. nutmeg

½ Tsp. cinnamon

½ Tsp. coriander

Combine all ingredients except chicken in a food processor and blend until smooth.  Place all ingredients in a large sealable bag and marinade for 8 hours to overnight.  Grill the chicken 6 minutes a side until done.
