Teriyaki Flank Steak

¼ C soy sauce

3 Tbsp. honey

2 Tbsp white vinegar (or any kind you want)

3 cloves garlic minced or 1 ½ tsp. garlic powder

1 ½  tsp. ginger

¾ c canola oil (any kind of vegetable oil is fine)

1 green onion chopped

1-2 lbs. flank steak

Mix all ingredients in a plastic bag or shallow dish and marinate overnight.  Grill for 10 minutes per side.  Let rest for 10 minutes and then slice on the diagonal.  Serves 4.
