Thai Chili Salmon

½ C sweet chili sauce

2 Tbsp. reduced sodium soy sauce

3 garlic cloves minced

2 Tbsp. ginger minced

1 lime juiced

1 Tsp. Sriracha

¼ C fresh basil

2 Lbs. salmon


Preheat oven to 375.  Mix together all ingredients except salmon to make the sauce.  Place salmon on a foil lined baking sheet and pour sauce over the top, enclose with foil.  Place salmon in preheated oven and bake until done 15-20 minutes.  The salmon can also be cooked on the grill.  To cook it on the grill wrap the salmon in foil with sauce on top of the salmon.  Cook for 15-20 minutes until it is done. 

Enclosing the salmon in foil helps to keep it moist.  You can play around with want you want to put with the salmon...mustard, lemons, dill...the possibilities are endless.
